BSOD few minutes after startup. 0x000000fe and 0.000000a

Hey guys,

today my friend bought a brand new pc, and we immediately got after the install a BSOD. The pc freezes always after few minutes of running. So i was not even able to put on some programms and stuff. Can you help me in solving this problem

I would appriciate any help.
