Monitors and sound cut out, fans and HDDs kept running, had to hard re

Both monitors and my external Sound Blaster Omni cut out, power light stayed on, hdd lights kept flashing like normal, fans stayed on. I had to press the reset button to get my PC back and it went through the typical "This computer did not shut off properly" screen before logging into Windows.

When I clicked "Grab All" on the tool, it said it could not retrieve the dump file. I have no idea why. This is all it would collect.

    Thanks

That message may be because there have been no dumps created.

Everything is set up to create kernel dumps. Perhaps it didn't BSOD on me, but it simply turned off the monitors and sound. In that case it wouldn't create a dump would it? Maybe it just went into sleep mode by itself. Everything inside the computer was still running which is what is confusing.

I think it is more an issue with your graphics instead.
