I recently upgraded my old Nvidia card to an AMD card, and since then I've had two BSODs while gaming. They've been quite spaced apart, but I would still like to know what is causing them as I had no issues at all before I changed cards.
The dumps seem to be referencing atikmdag.sys and ntoskrnl.exe. I've run the Windows memory diagnostic tool which came back fine, but I'm not sure how accurate it is.
Not noticed any particular pattern with them. I can game for hours with no issues only for it to randomly blue screen. Temperatures are fine and never seem to rise above 60 degrees (c) on the CPU or GPU.
Could anybody help me narrow it down? Don't know if any other information would be helpful, but if it's needed then I can provide it.
Edit:Just had another while playing Fallout 4. Didn't reference atikmdag this time, just ntoskrnl.exe and wdf01000.sys
Edit: And another. This time ntfs.sys. Will attach the updated dumps.
I thought this was due to graphics drivers, but I've removed everything with DDU and have reinstalled the latest. Trying to install the previous version now to see if there's any difference.
