    BSOD installing xp x64 on a W7 x64

Been at it for a few days now. Trying to install xp x64 on a machine with w 7 ultimate x64 on it. Tried slip streaming sata drivers with nlite with no luck. I have 3 physical drives, 1 ssd and two are HHD. W7 is on ssd and the other two are storage. I have set up a NTFS partition on the D drive of 100 gig for the install of xp.
The only option I have in BIOS "DEll A11" is AHCI or RAID and it is set to AHCI.Don't have the raid drivers so can't change it, not sure I'd want to?
Keep getting the same BSOD 0x7b000000 error with each different CD I've made with nlite using different drivers. (hard to tell which one is the right one) Included a pic of device manage showing my sata drive.

    Thank you for help
