BSOD playing games/watching videos, BCCode 124

For the past few months I've been getting frequent BSODs. It seems that the more intensive programs or games cause my laptop to BSOD quicker, but doing something as simple as watching a Youtube videos still causes a crash after a while.

I believe the earliest issues started occurring when I went for that Windows 10 upgrade (https://i.imgur.com/CLsirHE.png) due to my video drivers apparently not being compatible past Windows 7. When I found out my driver wasn't compatible I reinstalled Windows 7, the graphical glitches cleared up, but the BSODs continued. So, about a month ago I tried a fresh format and installation of Windows 7 hoping it would fix it, but there are still issues. Attached is the results of the DM Log Collector covering each crash since the format.

Update the BIOS to start with, it could use some updating..

This error is one I haven't yet seen which is why I quoted a post of cluberti.
At least the 6 most recent dumps are saying the same, if a BIOS update doesn't help it is almost certain the CPU.

As much as I hate to be the bearer of bad news, ICACHEL1_SNOOP_ERR bugchecks tend to be bad CPUs or poor cooling (or the former caused by the latter), as this is indicating that the L1 cache on your CPU did not return data one of the CPU cores requested within a timeout period - almost always indicating a hardware problem, hence the CPU telling Windows to stop due to a hardware issue.

I've updated the BIOS, but no dice. I started up a heftier game and within 15 minutes my screen was blue. To address the quote, the cooling has always been bad for my laptop. For years, I would be in the middle of something with my fans going full blast, but my computer would still get hot and force a shut down or at least force itself into sleep mode to cool off. Giving it a good dusting usually did the trick, at least for a little while. It wasn't until recently, though, that it started BSODing. Comparatively it doesn't really seem like it's hot when it does BSOD, but it wouldn't hurt to give it a good cleaning this weekend. Attached is an updated result from the DM Log Collector, if it'll help with anything.
