Suddenly getting BSOD (Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal)

I suddenly got this error message when I started my PC up. I didn't have any problems earlier today until about 30 minutes ago when I tried to load up steam.

I can't seem to scan with my AV without BSOD popping up first before they're done. I get the message Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal at the very top as well.

Any solution to this would be appreciated!

You'll need to run the DM-log collector tool once more as it is almost empty and we will need more files to understand and troubleshoot your problem!

Do you remember if there were any issues when you ran the tool the first time around? Did you remember to run the tool as an Administrator?

After a normal run the DM-log collector will have collected up to 19 text files, 1 nfo file and 1 to several dmp files.

Your uploaded zipped-folder only contains 6 files!

    Cheers, Boris :)
