The 0x101 is particularly caused by the BIOS, updating has already been done, try to reset the BIOS to the optimized default settings (tweak a bit if required for stability), hardware (overheating, improper cooling, improper seating, damaged component) and drivers.

What is the voltage of the memory according to the BIOS?

I could not find the voltage, but could it work from CPU-Z?

The BIOS is the best place to look for it because it is the most accurate.

Here are the numbers I found, dunno which one you are looking for.

    MB Intelligent Tweaked (M.I.T) -
    Memory clock x6.66 1333Mh
    Cpu Vcore 1.2375v

    PC Health Status -
    Vcore 1.232v
    DDR3 1.5v 1.488v
    +3.3v 3.216v
    +12v 12.175v/12.239v <--it changes between both

    DDR3 1.5v 1.488v
If I'm correct, this is the one we need.
This confirms the data CPU-Z is showing, but a confirmation was required. According to the data V-Color provides of specs the voltage may be too low, it should be 1.65v according to the specs. Unfortunately the data is pretty limited as they don't show any data of how far you can go with the frequency, voltage and latency in the provided specs.

Currently your frequency & voltage look to be underclocked according to the specs, you need to adapt them to get them right.

I don't think my motherboard can't overclock because I don't see options as CPU Clock Ratio,CPU NorthBridge Freq, HT Link and their MHz beside them.

A photo of what you see and what possibilities there are would be appreciated, with the possibilities I mean the options of what can be changed into what.
