    Bsod, driver_power_state_failure

    Hi

Recently, I have encountered BSOD with the same message DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. I tried to update my drivers but the issue remains.

Anyone can take a look at it for me pls?

    Sincerely
    Quan Nguyen

Please run the DM Log Collector again, there are some important files missing.

The size of that zip file is even smaller, thus more files missing.
Please try running below batch file (right click the file and choose to run as administrator)
    Attachment 384643

    The zip should contain
    1. 18 .txt,
    2. 1 .nfo,
    3. 1 or more .dmp

    files

I used the bat file you provided, and the result is still the same.

Edit: After restarted the PC, it worked anyway. I uploaded the new zip in here

    Hi shinsaber,

I'm sorry for the delay, due to the edit you made and the fact that nobody will get a notification when someone edits his/her post I wasn't aware of it.

In your hosts file I noticed the following
    Code:
    127.0.0.1 validation.sls.microsoft.com

    127.0.0.1 genuine.microsoft.com
    127.0.0.1 mpa.one.microsoft.com
Because the file that allows me to validate your activation a bit is missing I ask that you post a report of Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instruction so I can validate your activation. If your validation seems fine then it is likely that your Office is non-genuine and you're requested to remove it per Forum Rule #4
    4) No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc).

    You mean my Microsoft Office?
Yes, that is what I mean, those entries in the hosts file are indicative of a bypass for Microsoft software.

So far I understand the report, it looks fine :)

I uninstalled the Office and ran the bat file. It gave me this TMP file
