    What I saw in your uploaded zip was a BIOS dating prior the release of Windows 7 and the word 'OEM' in the product ID, in my experience that fits never without piracy.
    The word 'OEM' doesn't have to mean piracy because there are a few variations, but with the fact that it is a COA SLP...

    Hi Meteor,
    I suggest you go back to your seller on Ebay and demand a refund.
    The ALL important factor is the version you aquired
    OEM An operating system licence for and PRE-installed by the Manufacturer for resale only in one of thier computers and installed at thier factory when being built.
