BSOD playing Battlefield 3, error 0x000000fc

I have a problem, my computer got a BSOD when I was playing Battlefield 3.
I usually get a BSOD about once every day or two. Sometimes while I'm playing games (majority) and sometimes when I'm just listening to music.
Games include GTA 5, Rocket League, Battlefield 3, etc...
It's been happening ever since I switched back to Windows 7 from Windows 10. I even did a clean install.

Please visit Windows Update and install all available updates with the exception for Windows 10.
    Code:
    Hotfix(s): 2 Hotfix(s) Installed.
Please run Speccy, HWMonitor or a similar program to keep an eye on the temperatures when you're playing a game again. If the temps are going high stop what you're doing, shutdown your pc and remove dust, clean the fans and make sure the airflow is proper.

Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files How to configure minidump | Windows 7 tutorial

My computer has blue screened again. I did what you said prior to the blue screen and downloaded all available updates. I've been monitoring my temperatures like you said and at most my gpu gets around 75c while playing Battlefield 3. I tried to enable complete memory dumps with the link you posted using the .reg file but when I blue screened nothing was created, because of that I've gone back to the normal small memory dump. I've gone ahead and reran DM Log Collected and have uploaded the zip to this reply, during the time it was creating the zip I updated my computer specs as you requested. Thank you so much for your help!

The last BSOD hasn't been recorded, lets try something else.

    Diagnostic Test

     DRIVER VERIFIER

       Warning
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

       Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.
