First bsod - 5 year old desktop

had a bsod for the first time, was just on firefox - computer restarted and to a black screen. here is the dmp file . show me what you got.

im thinking ram / malware bytes premium free trial caused it.

i3 2300
gtx 760
12gb gskill
intel 180gb ssd / wd 500gb
some shit alienware motherboard

Would a 1 year warranty be sufficient for desktop ?
I just need opinions, If I was going to buy a desktop computer, should I spend more money and get the extended 2,3 or 4 year warranty ? Or should I just stick with the standard 1 year. Compared to a notebook, a desktop is obviously less prone to damages, obviously due to not transporting it...
