    BSOD on atikmpag.sys

    I have a BSOD on atikmpag.sys.

I read another thread on this forum, but I don't know if my symptoms are the same. There was a hex code reported in the other thread, and I couldn't find that anywhere in my listings. I was viewing the report from Dell's PC-Doctor program, so maybe that didn't show this hex number.

I ran the program you suggest (name?) and I'm uploading it for review.

    Thanks,

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, the current uploaded zip file is empty.

There are unfortunately some files missing, they are pretty important.
Please search for "msinfo32" (without quotes) and press enter,
    • save it as msinfo32.nfo,
    • in explorer go to the directory where it is saved,
    • right click the msinfo32.nfo file,
    • choose 'send to' or 'copy to',
    • choose 'compressed (zipped) folder',
    • upload the zip file.

    msinfo32 does not exist

    I couldn't find the file, msinfo32.

    Googling, I came up with,
    https://knowledge.autodesk.com/suppo...eshooting.html

I have generated the file, and have uploaded it,
    "my system info file.zip"

I may be incorrect with the 32 part, since there are some differences with Windows 7 and Windows 8 or higher.
Please try searching for "msinfo" (without quotes) and do for the rest the same.

    revisit

After 3 attempts I believe I arrived at the correct interpretation of your request as it would apply to my system. See if the uploaded file is what you were after. I only forgot to name it as requested. (I updated my initial reply twice, and you may have seen one of the interim versions as I was honing in on what you requested.)

    Thanks,

    attaching file

I wondered about that. Then i thought maybe i couldn't see it in the thread from my end.
Trying again...claims current attachment is 210.4 Kb. Does it make a difference if i hit Submit Reply under the reply itself, or should i hit it under the Additional Options?

I hit this one under the Additional Options, and now I can see the attachment in my message.

Dell doesn't give support for your system after Vista, because I don't have much details about your system due to the problem with the DM Log Collector please try to run the DM Log Collector as a batch (see uploaded file). We really need some more logs that the DM Log Collector provides and running the batch usually does provide more logs.
