    Random different BSODs with ntoskrnl.exe

    Hi

Through out the day I have received a few BSOD Stop errors as follows

Firstly I received a BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER (fe) error, indicating usbhub.sys being the culprit
(this isn't the first time I received this particular error). Only thing using the usb port at that time was my wireless microsoft mouse.

    Code:
    041416-7706-01.dmp	14/04/2016 8:30:59 AM	BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER	0x000000fe	00000000`00000008	00000000`00000006	00000000`00000005	fffffa80`06ecf160	usbhub.sys	usbhub.sys+12a5c x64	ntoskrnl.exe+70380 I:\BSOD Investigation\041416-7706-01.dmp	8	15	7601	262,144	14/04/2016 8:33:24 AM

Shutting down later that day, I received a DRIVER_POWER_STATE (9f) error, which blamed ntoskrnl.exe as the culprit.

    Code:
    041416-7956-01.dmp	14/04/2016 1:05:33 PM	DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE	0x0000009f	00000000`00000003	fffffa80`0777f060	fffff800`00b9a3d8	fffffa80`0869bb40	ntoskrnl.exe	ntoskrnl.exe+70380 x64	ntoskrnl.exe+70380 I:\BSOD Investigation\041416-7956-01.dmp	8	15	7601	926,992	14/04/2016 8:05:10 PM
Later on for testing purposes, attempted to run verifier and received 2 lots of DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (c4) error on both restarts before disabling verifier from safe mode

    First C4 Error:
    Code:
    041416-5070-01.dmp	14/04/2016 8:11:30 PM	DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION	0x000000c4	00000000`00000000	00000000`00000000	00000000`00000000	00000000`00000000	tcpipreg.sys	tcpipreg.sys+35a5 x64	ntoskrnl.exe+70380 I:\BSOD Investigation\041416-5070-01.dmp	8	15	7601	266,288	14/04/2016 8:21:16 PM
    Second C4 Error:
    Code:
    041416-5319-01.dmp	14/04/2016 8:24:09 PM	DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION	0x000000c4	00000000`00000062	fffffa80`067d7be0	fffffa80`067a5d00	00000000`00000002	nvlddmkm.sys	nvlddmkm.sys+0 x64	ntoskrnl.exe+70380 I:\BSOD Investigation\041416-5319-01.dmp	8	15	7601	262,144	14/04/2016 8:24:56 PM
I used blue screen view to analyse and found that ntoskrnl.exe seem to be present in almost all of the recent BSODs I received.

Ran System File Checker on that file and it indicated that it checked out fine
Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and came back clean.

Any help with this error would be appreciated.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

Cheers. I ended up removing and disabling the entire nvidia driver given it must have the toshiba version of the drivers.

    Since running more stable.
