BSOD Windows 7 Pro - 64bit - recent .dmp file and DM log uploaded

I have had seemingly random BSODs recently, it has finally got to the point where it's so annoying I have to fix it.

Uploaded are the DM log as instructed by the BSOD instructions, also uploaded are the two most recent dump files from the BSOD.

I recently moved and I am getting thew itch to play some CS:GO again , please help!

    System;
    AMD Phenom II 4 955
    ASUS M4N98TD EVO
    18gb DDR3
    2 x NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT - SLId together
    Thank you!

The latest BSOD dump seems to show that the cause of this crash (or it crashed on the process "GWXUX.exe" which is the file from the "Get Windows 10 Now" application.

3b is usually a graphic's driver (display adapter/video driver), other possibilities include
but are not limited to antivirus/antispyware/security programs and even memory (mapping).

    BCCode: 3b 0x0000003b

    Cause

This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

Vista and Windows 7 love updated drivers so here is how to update the major ones.
References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

Memory tests do not catch all errors such as mismatched memory (possible even for sticks
that appear to be identical) and when faster memory is placed in system behind slower memory.
So it is best to also swap sticks in and out to check for those even if all memory tests fail to show
    a problem.

To test RAM check here - let it run 4+ hours or so.

Although it shouldn't be necessary, I'd advise that you try and find some updated drivers for the red highlighted drivers below. Try and update your system drivers, graphics drivers, and be sure you have up-to-date programs.

The outdated drivers seem odd, I did a fresh install on a new HDD about a month or so ago. Newly purchased key and everything. I will look into them.

I did a memtest before the fresh install, ran overnight with zero errors. Replaced sticks and tested individually, no errors.

    I will look into GWXUX.exu.

If those fail to solve the problem, any other ideas?

    Thank you,
    Yehovah

As I said, that bugcheck (crash) directly blamed your graphics drivers, so I'd advise that you try and update those if you can and post back with results.

Please follow this thread to remove the graphics drivers completely and cleanly before installing the newer graphics drivers.

    You are missing this driver,

    Code:
Coprocessor	PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0753&SUBSYS_82E71043&REV_A2\3&267A616A&0&0B	The drivers for this device are not installed.
Which is this driver available here,

NVIDIA DRIVERS nForce Driver Version 15.56 WHQL

Looks like Avast is causing some problems too,

    Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\aswMonFlt.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for aswMonFlt.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for aswMonFlt.sys
     aswMonFlt+0x21f0
Try uninstalling that and installing MSE for now.

Are you using any Xbox controllers?
I'm asking this, because the xusb21.sys driver of an xbox device is a 2009 version which is known for causing BSODs in Windows 7.
    Driver Reference Table - xusb21.sys
    XBox USB wireless controller
BSOD issues in Win7 with 2009 driver (found in mid-2012)
    Code:
