Please cleanup your minidump folder, in Windows Explorer enter in the address balk following
    %systemroot%\minidump
and delete every file from 2015.
After only the files from 2016 are present, please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip.

There are some files missing in your current uploaded zip file.

It looks like the Netgear drivers are interfering, check if there are driver updates available for the Netgear USB adapter.
Also make sure your BIOS is up to date for your OS.

That did it. I can't force it to crash any more. Thanks again for your help!
