I usually don't use the word 'retail' unless it is for example an ASUS OEM license on an ASUS retail board.
Add 'retail' to the part of 'Gigabyte (retail) board' and you get the same as derekimo says.
I ran driver verifier but it comes up fine. It crashed initially but after removing that .sys file (uxpatch.sys) it doesn't tell any errors. I have attached the .zip.
