    Thanks Roy and axe0.

I uninstalled and installed 4.5 as well updated Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers.
The programs are in programs and features.

What i should do now is to see if BSOD hits again? or is any way to see the problem is resolved?

Axe0, the USB devices i'm connected to are mouse, keyboard and wifi adapter.
My 2nd internal SATA disk is still not detected

Another issue, that I'm not sure if this would lead to BSOD.

    My AMD/ATI video Driver problem.
Any suggestion and advice appreciated, need to resolve this BSOD so com can run smoothly for the week ahead

This doesn't look very promising either

A problem with the disk possibly, lets see if diagnostics tests reveal more.

    Diagnostics Test

     HDD TEST

Run SeaTools to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
    Run following tests
    1. Short Drive Self Test
    2. Short generic
    3. Long generic

If the short generic fails, no need for the long generic.

       Note
Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

    Run chkdsk
Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums

    Run HDTune to
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • check the health,
    • benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
Let me know what the results are
    • of the error scan,
    • make a screenshot of the health of every hard drive and post the screenshots,
    • post screenshots with the benchmark of the
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

    Thank you so much Axe0.

Am running long generic test now.
Short Drive Self Test & Short Generic passed.

This morning restarted my computer for updates to be installed.
And the detecting and removing of internal hard disk 2 happened again. See SS.

I'm guessing the problem mainly comes from the hard disk 2?

EDITED to add in all the checks

    SeaTools check.

    Port 1 C: drive HDD

    Passed all.

    Port 2 D: drive HDD

Passed all. (this time my port 2 drive managed to stay connected yet to encounter any disconnection)
