    BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48

    Hi,

I have been getting the blue screen message at least 2 times per day and then my computer restarts automatically. I copied the information Windows provided when the machine restarts as shown below. Then I went ahead and used the BSOD - Posting Instructions to generate YourComputerName-xxxx.zip:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 19
    BCP1: 00000020
    BCP2: 87441AB0
    BCP3: 87441AC8
    BCP4: 0803000D
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\041816-43321-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Eva\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-108295-0.sysdata.xml

Any assistance in this matter would be most appreciated.

    Hi ICIT2LOL,

I've been running Malwarebytes so long on my PC which I thought was the free version. Would never has suspected as I've had it on my PC forever. I have removed the program to see if that indeed resolves the bluescreen issue. If I don't see the problem reappear, I will mark it as solved.

    Thank you. Appreciate your help.

Ok mate well it might not just be the MBAM but it is a start and you can always reinstall it when you want to.
