BSOD, BlueScreenView says its caused by ntoskrnl

Built my pc a couple of weeks ago had blue screens ever since, it comes as many different errors but in BlueScreenView it comes up as being caused by the same thing everytime. Put on the lastest bios and also all the mother board drivers off of the website. Used slimdrivers to update all drivers. All windows updates installed except for one which when i try to install it says 'does not apply to your system' or something similar to that. Any help would be much appreciated.
