Computer Randomly Freezing and sometimes makes it to Bluescreen

A couple of days ago my computer startet to freeze randomly. There is no way of going forward without holding the power button or unplugging. CTRL + ALT+ DEL, CTRL + SHIFT + ESC etc. all fail.

I have downloaded the log collector and added the log beneath.

Any help would be appreciated. Thx in advance.

I have had a S.M.A.R.T error on my ssd so i first factory reset the machine and when that had no effect i moved windows from my SSD to my HDD while disconnecting the SSD. Since this last change has also failed i am out of ideas.

When there is a problem with a hard drive, a system reset won't help.
