BSOD Random Errors (Win7 Pro 64bit)
We have a computer (Intel Core i74770K 3.5GHz 8MB LGA1150) that randomly experiences BSOD errors (see screenshot of BlueScreenView error listing) causing it to reboot unexpectedly. Login is normal after each reboot.
Previously (February 2016) we replaced the HDD with an SSD (Samsung Solid State Drive (SSD) 850 Pro 256GB) and installed Windows 7 Pro 64bit from scratch including all drivers, service packs and updates, and the Samsung SSD management software. We had some BSOD errors prior to this event, but they continued and then some after this event.
When the new SSD was installed (C:\) we were still using onboard RAID1 for secondary storage (E:\). Unfortunately one RAID HDD crashed and we successfully removed the RAID drivers from the OS and reverted to ACHI, reformatting the other RAID HDD for non-RAID use (still E:\). Everything seems to run well until another unexpected reboot (i.e. random BSOD error).
We ran Passmark's Memtest86 v6.3 Free on the installed memory (Kingston 32GB (4x8GB) HyperX 1600Mhz DDR3 KHZ16LC10K2/16X) - it did not indicate any issues.
We have the motherboard (Gigabyte Z87X-OC ATX Socket 1150) BIOS firmware updated to v7 (although v8 is now available), and the latest ethernet port drivers (directly from the manufacturers website).
The graphics card (Gigabyte Radeon R7 360 (GV-R7360C-2GD (AMD) Rev 1.0 PCI-E 3.0/2GB GDDR5/128 bit/ HDMI/ Dual-Link DVI-I/ DVI-D/ DP) has the latest drivers (downloaded via the manufacturers management software).
We are using Acronis True Image 2016 (OS imaging only) and Genie Backup Manager Pro v9 (mission critical data backups).
By looking at the screenshot of BlueScreenView error listing, can some please help me identify the source of the BSOD errors? It is driving us nuts!
