Hi Guys - got one of my remote users getting random blue screens, can't get to the bottom of this one so any help what's causing this would be gratefully appreciated!

I've attached the ZIP file as mentioned in the thread guide, but first time I've had to submit (usually find what I need on here but not this time) but if I've missed anything let me know

User is using an HP 430 G3 on Windows 7 Pro x64, as far as I can tell drivers are up to date, but randomly he will get a blue screen, for example, last week 4 times in 3 days, but then nothing again since

Thanks in advance.

Do you use the Sierra Modem Anymore? I think no?

If you dont, uninstall it.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Sierra Wireless
Use Revo uninstaller freeware to uninstall it; use the Advanced Mode.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Thanks for the reply - yes still use Sierra Wireless, as I said, remote user so it is the software and driver package for his 3G connection, but will check with the our 3G provider to see if there is a newer version available

Hi, I only ever get this BSOD when I run a backup to a Toshiba 1TB external USB drive. The script is set to shut down the PC when it has finished backing up. Mostly that works fine, but, maybe 20% of the time, I come back to find this BSOD, which occurs at shutdown, not during the running of the...

Hello the last 3 BSOD's have all been caused by the same service or driver. I don't know which program is the troubleshooter but I'd like to find out as you might imagine. :p I'm also curious to find out what is causing the 0x0000003b error.

Greetings, Having an issue with the BSOD occurring after waking PC from sleep mode. I reloaded Windows 7 thinking this would solve the issue, but I believe there is a driver issue with some of the hardware. I replaced the RAM thinking this would solve the problem (and give me an excuse to upgrade...

Have been getting these BSOD since the time I bought my laptop 7 months ago. Can't say that there's any particular reason or condition for them to appear. Most cases are when I use the internet ( skype, torrents, just browsing) or leave my computer still, never while playing games. Had Win7 x64 at...
