    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f

Hi Guys - got one of my remote users getting random blue screens, can't get to the bottom of this one so any help what's causing this would be gratefully appreciated!

I've attached the ZIP file as mentioned in the thread guide, but first time I've had to submit (usually find what I need on here but not this time) but if I've missed anything let me know

User is using an HP 430 G3 on Windows 7 Pro x64, as far as I can tell drivers are up to date, but randomly he will get a blue screen, for example, last week 4 times in 3 days, but then nothing again since

    Thanks in advance.

Do you use the Sierra Modem Anymore? I think no?

    If you dont, uninstall it.
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Sierra Wireless
Use Revo uninstaller freeware to uninstall it; use the Advanced Mode.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Thanks for the reply - yes still use Sierra Wireless, as I said, remote user so it is the software and driver package for his 3G connection, but will check with the our 3G provider to see if there is a newer version available
