    Multiple BSOD's Random crashes.

    Hi there,

I am getting continuous problems with BSOD's. I ran the program "whocrashed" and they can be seen be low. I have also attached the files for extra information.

These blue screens seem to happen when I am using the PC for watching videos to gaming. Everything in my computer is relatively new except for the Motherboard and Processor. I have reformat Windows to try and fix this issue, but it has re-occurred.

Any information to fixing this would be massively appreciated!

    Hello,

I followed the guidance on that thread you linked, the zip file is attached.

I am still receiving the BSOD's, just got the clock interval one.

    Thanks

Please downgrade your BIOS, it is almost never recommended to update the BIOS unless for a specific reason.

Please make sure that you seat your memory properly according to the user manual (not the installation guide)

Ok the bios is now version f12, I just want to confirm are the channels colour coded as two are blue and two are white. Or are the channels right next to each other like I think the manual is saying?

On here it is dual so I think I have it right? Screenshot by Lightshot

Also does it matter if I disable cool n quiet?

    Thanks...

How the manual is saying is that you should either seat the modules into slot 2 & 4 or slot 1 & 3, or in other words colored slots.

What I saw in the dumps is improperly seated memory.

Again, please seat your memory in the same colored slots.
