BSOD with error codes 19, 24

I recently put a new PSU and new RAM in my Windows 7 computer and I've been having continuous blue screens, random reboots, and hangs at boot on the BIOS screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    System Specs:

    Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
    AMD FX-8350
    16GB Mushkin DDR3 1600
    GeForce 9800 GT
    FSP 750W PSU

Please visit Windows Update and install every update available, it may take a couple of times to get them all.
    Code:
    Hotfix(s): 124 Hotfix(s) Installed.
Please go into device manager and search for USB controller drivers, the drivers aren't installed so you should see them almost immediately with the yellow triangle.
    Code:
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller	PCI\VEN_1B6F&DEV_7023&SUBSYS_50071458&REV_01\4&186C6B44&0&00A9	The drivers for this device are not installed.

Please visit the Gigabyte support page for your motherboard to update the Realtek LAN driver & update the BIOS.
Please check the rev. version to ensure you're downloading the right drivers.
