    W7: BSOD when shutting down!

    Hello!

Few days ago when I was shutting down my Windows, I immediately got the blue screen when I pressed "Shut Down" I have not downloaded anything or played with any settings, so I have no clue why did this come. I have tried booting and shutting down the PC with each RAM separately, but it has showed the blue screen always. (For sure the RAMs are not broken).
This is the error thing I get when the PC restarts automatically:

I have added a required file as a attachment also.
    I haven't find any solutions yet ( ntoskrnl.exe is causing it )
Big thank you for all the helpers!

E: I did the sfc /scannow Log in attachment

    Hello,
I have had more pirated programs as the PC wasn't originally my, but I have tried to delete all of them that I know / is visible. I don't know what more pirated things I have but I will delete them if someone could help locating them.
    Thank you!

We cannot help you locate them all, a lot of the generic piracy is through executables or other files which we cannot see, you have to do it on your own.

    Hi,
I had few programs, but now I have deleted them completely, so I have no more pirated programs or software in this PC anymore.

    OK :)

Please ensure that you are running 1 model of memory, mixed memory can cause problems.
The best would be to get a kit and replace the memory completely instead of adding a stick, even if the model & make is the same there is a difference that may cause problems, this can be prevented with a kit.
    Code:
    [Memory Device (Type 17) - Length 28 - Handle 0014h]

I only asked to make sure that you run 1 memory model at the same time :)
Please make sure that you run only 1 make & model of memory, thus run 1 memory kit at the same time. This is not for testing purpose.

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip file, like you did in the first post.

    I did that. I have 1x Hynix 4GB, 1GB Samsung & 2GB samsung, and 1GB Kingston.

I tried installing only Samsung RAM, but came blue screen, only Hynix ram, but same problem.

Will try again with one model and run the test

FYI, the DM Log Collector is NOT a test, it is a tool for collecting data we need for analysis.
