That's the max it hits under constant 100% load when running for extended periods. When gaming I'm usually hovering around 81. Crashes outside of gaming when idling in the high 40s. Memtest running now. See anything else that's off so far?

Ended memtest after 10 hours, 4 complete passes, no errors. I could not wait any longer, I'll run it again tonight.

I noticed in the HD Tune Health portion that C7 required attention, does that mean anything?

The Interface CRC Error Count is the amount of communication errors between the drive, cable and mainboard connection. Not really something to worry about as it could be there from day 1, unless it substantially increases.
Ran memtest for an additional 4 passes, still no errors. When I restarted to run it, I lost date and time settings again in the bios, could that be a symptom?
Any more tests to run?

When did the date & time issue happen for the last time?
It is a symptom towards the CMOS battery.
When you run MemTest86+ it is not that you complete 8 passes by doing
3 passes at day 1,
3 passes at day 2 and
2 passes at day 3
this way you test the same memory 3 times, but the rest of the memory is not tested.
MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 straight completed passes.
Yeah I know, It's just going to take a full 24 hours to runbut I'm pretty confident it's not the ram, because I was running with 2 sticks at a time and crashes happened with both pairs. The latest clock issue was when I restarted about 12 hours ago to run memtest
MemTest86+ can take a lot of time yes, but it is important to do so.
I just noticed your memory, a problem is that running mixed memory can cause problems because they haven't been tested to work together, mixed memory always have something different what may cause problems.
Yeah I know it can cuase issues, but both pairs of ram have been working together without issue for well over a year. And the crash persists even when I'm only running one at a time.
Time is not important, it can be an issue at the first period or after years of issues.
We need proper results of MemTest86+, of both pairs separated, to see if either of them may have errors.
