BSOD after reverting to Windows 7 error STOP: 0x0000007E

    Help!
I tried updating to Windows 10. After the "upgrade" I was experiencing intermittent crashes, so I tried to revert back to Windows 7 (there's an option to revert back within 30 days of the upgrade). Now that I have, my system won't boot up and I'm getting the dreaded BSOD. I figured out how to boot in safe mode with networking, got the DMP file and compressed it, and uploaded it to OneDrive at the following link:

Can someone please help me diagnose/repair the issue? Or at least let me know what my next step should be?
