A photo of the BSOD, a picture of the BSOD, what is unclear to you exactly?
How can i take a photo of the bluescreen? there is a way to screenshot when the bluescreen appears? or i have to take an external camera to take it?
I'm sorry if i'm giving you hard time but i really dont understand how it works
meanwhile im starting another dm log collector hoping it's not empty this time
When the BSOD occurs you need to take a photo via camera or phone, it cannot be done in another way.
done
Also upload a new zip from the DM Log Collector as I requested some posts back, as a reminder your latest upload is empty.
