BSOD on normal startup, error 0x000000r7/0x0000003b

Issue occurred when downloading drivers. I found the hotfixes needed to fix the issue but cannot install them because I get bsod with seconds of normal startup. The bsod alternates between the error codes of 0x000000r7 and 0x0000003b. BSOD occasionally happens when starting up safe mode with network.

    Analyzing dumps shows

    that problematic drivers are:
    - asmtxhci.sys (Asmedia USB 3.0 driver)
    - iusb3xhc.sys (These drivers belong to Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver)
    Try to upgrade/downgrade these drivers.

Please remove these programs and revert back the changes they made, this can be done with a restore point prior the use.
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster 3	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster 3	Public
Start Menu\Programs\IObit Malware Fighter	Public:Start Menu\Programs\IObit Malware Fighter	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\IObit Uninstaller	Public:Start Menu\Programs\IObit Uninstaller	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\Smart Defrag 4	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Smart Defrag 4	Public
As kostiau says the Asmedia USB drivers and Intel chipset drivers are causing crashes.
Please check ASUS for driver updates or reinstall the drivers.
