    You misunderstand it, all files but dumps are missing meaning the dumps are present but other files are missing.

    suggests that your problem belong to a software issue.
    There is \??\C:\Users\Admin-Pc\AppData\Local\Temp\gkernel.sys driver in your system which i tnink can be related to some kind of unwanted software (like viruses).

    So, try to check your system with some antivirus software.

    We'll need more information, from the missing files, for a proper analysis.

    I also suggest to delete everything in the C:\Users\Admin-Pc\AppData\Local\Temp\ folder, the best way to ensure not much is in use is after a reboot.
