BSOD and unknown driver ?

My story is weird, very weird.
Well, first my laptop is Compaq Presario CQ71. May be old, but as far I am concerned, very efficient for me: word and internet search in philosophy. OS: Windows 7 Home Premium. 4 Go Ram. Processor: Intel Dual Core.
One day of august 2015, first BSOD. It was the first time where Windows 10 tried to install itself. I retart my computer and big drama. My HD was in big troubles. Several partitions and boot was out. I have lost an important part of my works. So, I format and reinstall … but from that date, I have the following problem: It is impossible to activate my graphic card, here Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset family. When activate, it is BSOD.
“Whocrashed” said at each time it is because there is a bad driver on my system… but an unknown driver!
Now, from 3 weeks, one of my UBS port is no more ok.
Except all these nice tricks, my laptop is working properly.
NB : from august 2015, several maintenance have tried with no success to find the solution. HP said it is no more its problems (because my laptop is too old), and some people said it is perhaps HP tattooing… of course I have updated drivers and windows.
