Great!, We're half way there, I mean, thanks to you.
AMD as in my graphic chipset or drivers?

It would appear to be your graphics driver. Check the AMD site for the latest driver for your machine. I think it's this one but I'm not 100% sure.

    Mobile

Search the website yourself and try to find the correct graphics driver.

When you install it choose "custom install" option and do not select "Install Catalyst Control Centre" - other components should be okay.

If in doubt start a new thread in the Drivers section and experts on installing drivers will help you. You can link to this thread if you like.

Just a note to say that if you get any more crash dumps upload two or three of them just to confirm that they all point to the same issue.

Hi again. Great. I’ll attach localdump file if it crashes again.
I had my doubt graphic driver was a possible problem and I uninstalled it a few days ago and reinstalled the latest but with catalyst control center (at the beginning I made the automatic installation but it made me install Vulkan and AMD Gaming Evolved but I don’t play much, just minesweepers ) so I reinstalled without AMD Gaming Evolved but with Catalyst; AMD installed automatically Vulkan Runtime Libraries
So, I’ll just uninstall Vulkan and Catalyst Installa Manager and install just the basic drivers. I’ll let you know how it works out and if it happens again I’m afraid I’ll bother you again.
I honestly don’t know how to thank you for being so available and helpful.
I’ll reply again telling you how it went and if I need driver section help.
Thank you so much once more

I did as you told me to and IT WORKED !!!
My explorer doesn’t crash anymore when I stop with the mouse on a photo and I can copy, and paste photos and attach them to emails.
Honestly, not only you’re very available but also very competent. Microsoft should hire you instead of others that didn’t know even where to start (as proof I didn’t even know how to create a localdump file because no one previously told me to do so or how).
Anyway, many many thanks, Awesome work and advices (also for the other tools)
    Kind regards
    Adriana
