BSOD happens randomly and quite frequent

Hello, i have been getting BSOD and random crashes for quite some time and i can't seem to pin point the error. It has been very frustrating for me to the point of overhaul my pc. I have attached the file required below. Any help is appreciated, Thank you!

Please check Gigabyte for BIOS updates, only install the stable versions.
Check your rev. version before you download anything please.
