various BSOD, first by atikmdag.sys, and now various other

Hy, I'm having a problem with random BSOD.
    some of which where
    Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area
    memory access violation
    etc....
    - I changed out all of my ram for another despite memtest showing no errors after few day of testing (each stick separately, started for few times)

    after that I got the
    atikmdag.sys as the fault,
tried various driver versions, each time with a clean install of the drivers
    R7 360 Sapphire

removed the graphics as the board has an internal, and now another error ocures.

I barely managed to get the BSOD report as per "Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions" as the pc kept crashing in middle of that, I managed to do that within SafeMode

PC config as this is not my primary PC that is in my account

CPU - DualCore AMD Phenom II X2 550, 3084 MHz
    Mobo - Asus M4N78 Pro
Mobo onbord graphic card - nVIDIA GeForce 8300 (was disabled while the R7-360 was installed)
graphics card: r7-360 sapphire that is currently out of the system

i have tried to up the NB and NB/CPU voltage go gain some stability but to no success. the system is not OC

Please help me out here. I'm getting desperate

Hello and welcome Milos mate can you just open Device Manager and see f any of the devices have yellow triangles on them. Start>Computer(right click on it > Manage > Device Manager please send a pic if there is.

It seems the memory is hard to be accessed by something but lets see what is in there first.
