BSOD with "Driver Power State Failure" -new build - hangs on shutdown

I recently upgraded my motherboard, processor and memory, then installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 x64 Pro. I've been having problems from day 1. Originally, the computer would hang at either "logging off" or "shutting down" whenever I'd try to restart the machine (which is frequently when you're having to install drivers and programs). Now, it will still hang, but will then BSOD on me.

I've also come home once or twice and found that it'd BSOD'd while I was away. I think I've updated all the drivers, but like I said - I've been having issues from the start, and I'm not sure everything finished installing cleanly.

BSOD error has consistently been "Driver Power State Failure".

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dumps attached.

    Thanks!

I'd still love to know what was messing my system up, but I ended up doing a complete reinstall anyway.

My Windows 7 key is an upgrade key, and Microsoft makes finding install media unnecessarily difficult. The image I used the first time was a bit... sketchy. I'm hoping that this time around I won't have the same issues, but I guess only time will tell.
