BSOD after changing video card and adding ram

After I added 2x4GB DDR2 800 mhz ram to my PC and this beastly video card (Nvidia GTX 960 4GB), i started getting BSOD with messages IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, an attempt was made to write to read only memory BSOD and probably others.
I found that 1 of the ram's was corrupted, so I replaced both of the ones i had with 2 others, which were tested in memtest and by windows - all fine. So Ram is not the case anymore. I'm guessing either my PSU cannot feed the GPU (I'm said I have a 450 W PSU, but I believe it to be 500, still not sure), mainly because 1 of the fans for the PSU is broken since like 3 years, and I think the new GPU is making the PSU overheat too much. Other cause would be the hard drive, but I ran window's disk error checking thingy, with a tick on to fix bad sectors - still experiencing issues.
Please give me an insight on what the problem might be - overheating issue (PSU related) or Wattage issue (again PSU related) or something entirely different?

I'm getting the BSOD only when playing video games. Normal PC activity does not cause BSOD.

    Thank you!

    Hi SpiritBob,

    What memtest did you use?

Please upload the chkdsk logs Check Disk (chkdsk) - Read Event Viewer Log

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, the current uploaded one misses several logs.
You could check if there are
    1. 18 .txt,
    2. 1 .nfo,
    3. 1 or more .dmp,

files present, if this is the case then all logs are present :)
If there are a few missing, no problem as we can get them manually if required :)

For RAM testing I used mdsched.exe, I don't know what the experts used when my PC was being serviced, but they said RAM had no errors.

I will upload the 2 chdsk logs, the new zip will be uploaded shortly after.

EDIT: The zip file has the same files as the previous one.
