BSOD (playing Runescape) and Win 10 problems

About 20 seconds after logging in I start getting some kind of screen tearing and colourful vertical bars which end up in a BSOD a couple of seconds later.

NOT SURE IF THIS HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT, BUT THE PROBLEM STARTED TODAY:
    !!!
Today I tried upgrading to Windows 10 (have tried before and it failed) and got the following error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys). After this tried to return my computer to Windows 7 and seemingly it worked. However I couldn't run the graphics card driver I downloaded earlier (for Win 7 64bit), because it said I didn't have the right version of Windows.
    !!!

I tried downloading the new graphics card drivers again and this time I could run the exe, but this didn't fix the problem.

Please uninstall ASRock software while troubleshooting.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window.

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

       Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

This should be what u meant as a picture of ramtest: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
I know it's not 8 passes, but it took a long time and I really don't think RAM is at fault here.
I also succeeded in installing the drivers, will test the results now.

This did not fix the problem.
Edit: Perhaps the fact that I have tried to ugprade to Windows 10 before aswell and it has ended up in errors which meant the computer restored Windows 7 again has caused problems.

That the Windows 10 upgrade failed means we need to first get your system stable before you attempt it again, or if it is a drivers fault you could perform a clean install of Windows 10 immediately with your key.

I know it's not 8 passes, but it took a long time and I really don't think RAM is at fault here.
It does not matter if you don't think the memory is at fault, the memory needs to be tested properly so we can rule it out.
8 passes on 8GB takes usually about 8-10h, but could take some more time.

Is there a way to create a backup with my files and everything now, then install a clean copy of Windows 10, and then use the previous backup to restore my stuff?

Stuff as programs are better to be not backed up, because then you need to backup the system as when backing up programs you need to add the registry and then you need to take the Windows installation too because else it could go wrong.

Everything else can be backed up manually on a USB drive or external HDD.
