Not deleting, disabling. Go to the device manager, expand 'Bluetooth Radios', right click the bluetooth device and choose 'disable'.

Everything is working fine, thanks for all your help. One last question, my isp Charter says that I need to run F secure. Since we isolated the issue as the bluetooth driver is it ok to reinstall F secure? Thanks.

We didn't isolate the problem to only the bluetooth drivers, both F-Secure & bluetooth drivers caused the BSODs.
