    BSOD while playing overwatch "STOP: 0x0000007F


    Recently when I've been playing overwatch I've been having some BSODs. I had it about 2-3 times now. It just started happening right after I updated my graphics card driver. So I think it might be the update but not sure.

    My computer is custom built and here are the computer specs:

    Windows 7 OS 64-bit
    CPU: Intel Core i5 3570k
    Motherboard: Asus PBZ77-V
    BIOS: American Megatrends
    RAM: 8 GB DDR3
    Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti

    Please help ASAP as I do not want this to happen again and again.

    You are running an ASUS OEM Product ID (PID) on an ASUS retail motherboard.
    This makes your installation counterfeit.
    Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
    A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
    For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

    I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
    If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.

    Its also likely the activation exploit you have/using is also contributing to your problem.

Hey, I just had a BSOD after finishing a game of Overwatch, not sure what could have caused the problem. This has never happened before either! :(
