BSOD while three USB devices Plugged in, error 0x0000000A

    Hello,

We have a computer that keep randomly blue screening a at different times of the day. We have replaced the motherboard, RAM, power supply and CPU and we still receive bluescreens. We have had the USB devices (scale and two thermal printers) unplugged while this occurs.

Multiple types of hardware scans have been ran which have passed.

All up to date drivers and firmware updates have been applied.

Attached is the results from the BSOD tool.

It could be due to the USB device.
Last 2 days when i add a additional USB hub and the computer immediately show BSOD, with error code.
Immediate remove the problematic USB hub and force shut off. Then reboot.
    Hence every back to normal.

So remove the devices and plug one by one, as to need to confirm which devices is the cause.
It is pointless to update drivers and firmware, as it could be the device itself.
Just by updating drivers n firmware, it may cause additional problem.
Troubleshoot the devices first. Upon discovery the problematic devices, then do the research.
Update is the last resort only.

    Hi PKT247,

Please check Lenovo for chipset or USB driver updates.
