Windows 7 BSOD after battery died, stop code 0x00000074
Before I got the BSOD, I was using my computer normally. It was working fine. The battery died, so I plugged my PC in and booted it up. After choosing Windows 7 from the "Choose an Operating System" menu, I saw the "Starting Windows" screen for a LONG time. (Over 2 minutes) The BSOD error is BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO. After the BSOD, I tried to repair the PC. Here is what I have tried:
Startup Repair - Failed during setup (I don't understand what that means)
System Restore - It seems all restore points have damaged registry
CHKDSK - No errors
SFC - Repair pending which requires reboot?
I also tried to access Last Known Good Configuration, but F8 caused 1 of 3 things to happen:
-"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change may be the cause" menu.
-Nothing happens (After startup repair is ran)
-Motherboard beeps a single time (Only happened once, at splash screen)
I am able to access regedit from the Recovery Environment. I can also access my Windows 7 partition through Windows 10, so it is not an issue with my HDD. Let me know if any more details are needed.
UPDATE: I ran Startup Repair 3 times, all with the same error.
