BSOD infinite loop (usually while scrolling on websites or using WMP)

Ok, so I've suddenly seen lots of BSODs these few days. They often happen when I'm on certain websites scrolling (e.g. Facebook), and also happen when I try to play videos with Windows Media Player (seems no issue with VLC Player). This means the computer shutdown many times every day.

Other info:
- Windows 7 64 bit
- Dell Inspiron laptop (Purchased in 2009)
- Factory reset in Feb this year due to a different issue
- Laptop often very hot

Please visit Windows Update and install every update available, it may take a couple of times to get them all.

I've installed them all and it worked for a few days. Then Windows Update said that there were two more updates to be installed, and after installing them, the BSoD problem has come back. I tried to roll back to the configurations before the two updates (but after the other updates that had worked), but it didn't work. I've now re-installed the last two updates again. The problem persists. I've attached the latest zip file.

That is kind off normal with laptops, there isn't much room for adequate cooling so the hardware is build to handle high temperatures.
My Inspiron 15R 5521 laptop can reach 85-90C while gaming, the temperature can stay that high for a long period without any trouble.

Please check Dell for BIOS updates & ATI driver updates :)
