BSOD playing DotA 2, error 0x000000f4, Driver ntkrnlpa.exe

Happening for a while now.. not constantly, occasionally.
its always:

Constant BSOD and video driver crashes when playing DotA 2.
Hello. I've been having random BSOD's and video driver crashes when playing DotA 2 for about a week now. They happen mostly constantly every 5-10 minutes. Sometimes nothing happens for up to 30 minutes. I ran memtest but nothing came up. Happens only when playing DotA.
