Well, ran it two more times and both times no zip was created at all.
Really confused about the inconsistency here.

How come this time it doesn't have logs about the rest of my system information?
You used the tool before you were creating a thread here?

    Try this version

Yea i used the same tool two days ago when i made the thread and it created all the reports successfully then. Since that time the only changes i have made to my computer is replacing the power supply and resetting CMOS, so a little confused why its suddenly having trouble now.
Will run the Bat and get back to you soon.

Okay so i found out something new.
When i navigate through explorer to C:\(User)\Desktop\ i find that all of my desktop items are in there, as well as some of the Zips that were just created from the last few previous attempts. But for some reason NONE of those zips are ACTUALLY on my desktop.
What can create this kind of problem?
Somehow my User\Desktop folder isnt matching my actual desktop.

But, either way, all three of the zips in there only contain a few txt files and the dmp files, but definitely not all of the reports that should be there.

(The bat you gave me is still currently running, just posting to let you know what i've found so far.)

EDIT: The new version completed and made a zip, but it still is missing most of the txt files.

    Diagnostics Test

     System File Check

    Please try following:
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "sfc /scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it is finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Alright, the first scan came back with no results.
After restarting, the second scan came back with:

Will upload the CBS log. I skimmed through it, looks like it pointed to corrupt msdtctm.dll, though i will refrain from making any assumptions on what to do next.

The CBS Log was just slightly too large to upload here, so i compressed it into a zipfile first so that it would be small enough to upload.

    New development...
Turned on windows driver verifier and had it watching all of my non microsoft drivers just to see if i could get any new information from my bsods...
Left my computer on running an antivirus scan while i went to sleep, woke up to find a BSOD.
This time the bsod error was 0xc1, which is the first time it has ever given me this bugcode.
This is also the FIRST time it has ever BSOD on me while i was not gaming. It has never BSOD on me while doing anything other than stressful gaming.

Please upload at least the minidump, preferrable a complete zip in case just in case I cannot easily identify the driver.

It is good that driver verifier found a violation, but as a Windows kernel file seems to be 'the cause' a dump is required to identify the driver.

The file corruption is a single DLL, if you don't mind I would like to wait on resolving this after the BSOD problem is gone where I assume this corruption isn't involved as it IME is never involved.

Here is all of my dump files. The 8/29/16 is the one from last night.
Though it still seems to point at the same kernel file.
I turned off driver verifier after this BSOD, so if i need to turn it back on let me know.

Unfortunately it seems that driver verifier didn't cause the crash, more importantly no driver has been flagged in the minidump.
I would like to have a look at certain files, please follow below instructions.

Please run following command in an admin command prompt by copy/pasting.
    Code:
    type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.tmp"&findstr /v "Owner." "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.tmp" > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&del "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.tmp"&msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt"&tasklist > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\tasklist.txt"
Make sure to copy/paste the entire command correctly, a single letter or character missing could cause a problem with collecting the files.
The files that should be added on the desktop when finished.
    1. hosts.txt
    2. systeminfo.txt
    3. msinfo32.nfo
    4. eventlog.txt
    5. drivers.txt
    6. tasklist.txt

Please zip these files and upload the zip.

       Note
I may ask to run this command again in the future
