Still getting BSOD even after a Clean install of win7 PLEASE HELP!

I'm not completely computer savy and im not an idiot either but i cannot for tyhe life of me figure out why ,my laptop has been freezing for a year now! use to work fine! i gave up searching forums and trying everything known to man to fix this thing! nothing works! it has to be hardware related i did a complete format and clean install of win7 and still got another Bsod after 3 days of using it fine. thought it was graphics or driver related because it would do it when i watched videos but than started to do it when i was idle or on the web. i got my my drivers straight from the manufacturer sites this time and all is up to date. there is literally nothing on this laptop now as far as programs besides bit torrent and vlc that is it! nothing connected to it either except external hard drive which i unplugged and didn't install software for yet. heres all the info i have on my computer and if missing anything please let me know. thank you

    ATTN AXEO,
not the standard BSOD, see screenshot, believe the install media is corrupt.
    Can you confirm.

    Hi Julie
    can you run the following
    chkdsk
    sfc /scannow

Ok so I am missing drivers ? Is this possibly because I'm in safe mode when I did the information upload that was provided? I don't have any clue about allot of stuff I know the basics from teaching myself over the years. I've been getting bsod s for wove a year now and don't know why right now I am running memtest on the laptop to see if that's the problem. It just started so it'll be awhile I assume before I get any results if any. I never had any problems before and even after clean install and new drivers it's still happening so I would assume it's hardware related. What should I do next besides let this memtest run ?

It's gone through one pass already with no errors. I was told to let it do 8 passes if you would like me to cancel it and run the things you told me to I will do so. If not I will message you when the memtest is completed. Might as well rule out the possibility right ?

Missing drivers would be my fault after the clean install I just downloaded what I needed to get going and don't know the full list of what to download. But still wouldn't explain why it was happening before the clean install. It would normally only do it when watching a video in full screen mode and than more frequently when just doing things like browsing the web and than even idling. Things like Windows update would make this happen also if I was doing something else. So I disabled Windows update service for the time being until I can solve this problem. Also with the clean install Windows update wasn't working anyways. It would be stuck in the searching for update status and never move . That's a problem I'll worry about later on. The whole screen would frazzle out and sound would crackled and I had to hard reset to get out of it everytime. If I wasn't in the room when it happened it would eventually give me a BSOd screen. I tried upgrading to Windows 10 and made it worse ! Than downgraded back to 7 and than completely reinstalled it with a USb and link from Microsoft.
