    BSOD randomly, but often while using browser/internet


    Hello all,

    I am new to this forum and I am looking for assistance with BSOD which happens sometimes every 5-10minutes and sometimes hours apart. I have a feeling that my HDD might be the cause of this because I get random computer freezes from time to time, but want to be sure before I invest in a new HDD. I have an ASUS K55A. Attaching dump files for inspection.

    do you have Blue Coat K9 Web Protection software installed on your computer? If so please try to uninstall that and see if the problem continues.

    BSOD Posting Instructions

    Please fill in your system specs
    Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
    The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.
