BSOD error 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF88011162AB1...)

Hmm well seems like HW Info must have got it wrong - very unusual and I am not sure why. It could be down to other software interference but what I can't say - maybe the AV??

Now of course the only real option is to test the PSU with a digital multimeter that can only be the absolute definitive way of checking those rails. If you can and have a meter it means checking the volts on the 24 pin connector and the volts and colours for the different cables can be seen in this Power supply unit (computer - Wikipedia) if you scroll right down the page you come to a pic of the 24 pin connector with colours. Now those colours are the same for all the other connectors to components ie the GPU etc .

What you can do is to reseat the cables to anything that looks like it is supplying power to other stuff and I don't know without going all the way back through this thread if someone has asked if you have cleaned out the machine and it might be an idea to check the caps for any signs of them going bad. It only takes one cap to go out to cause all sorts of problems if not total shutdown. Pics to show what they might look like. Plus check for any signs of scorching on the board itself if there is any there is often a distinct acrid resinous smell about it,

Since I just bought a brand new PSU do I still need to test its volts/rails still? When I installed the new PSU I used all the new cables that came with it and checked all the places where they connect, they all look fine. I checked all the caps and none of them looked like the bad ones shown in your pictures.

I try to keep my computer clean, use a couple cans of air every few months to keep all the dust out.

Now when I checked for the bad caps, the only thing I found that looked out of place/bad was this line of smaller-looking caps in the corner, I have included a picture of what I am talking about, they look bent out of place or something.

Well you can check the new PSU if you feel like it (only takes a couple of minutes as you know) but I should think it is fine.

Now those caps yes they can look "bent" over and that could be just the way they were installed. What you need to do is to get a close a look at them as you can what you are looking for is any signs of ooze usually a white to pale yellow gunk from around the top or the base where they are attached to the board.

Another thing you can do is to make sure you ground yourself first or better still use a wrist grounding strap and feel the tops of those caps for any signs of bulging upwards and in some cases you might feel if there is any sort of ooze from them.
