Just checked and my chrome is fully updated, the only addons I have are BetterTwitchTV, uBlock Origin, and Google Docs offline.
The AdwCleaner found a good amount of threats and fixed/removed them.
But the problem still exists, I still have high cpu usage watching videos and I just tried to play a game and it's the same as before, very low fps, even just in the game menus, and takes forever to load if it even can.
Okay, well I'm slowly but surely running out of ideas.
Uhm not that it has anything to do with your problems but I bet it wont hurt to try it:
Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker up to three times to fix all errors with a restart in between each. Post back if it continues to show errors after a fourth run or if the first run comes back with no integrity violations.
Just ran the sfc /scannow and it came back with no integrity violations.
Okay, this is just a wild goose chase but do you have any other devices plugged in the PCI slots on your motherboard?
I would have to check but I'm pretty sure I don't have anything extra plugged into them. I don't think I have a PCI card or anything, first time I'm hearing of PCI slots.
Oh okay, just saw on another forum somebody else running with almost the same setup as yourself and he also had issues with low FPS in games and the solution for him was that he had something extra in PCI slot and it caused the low FPS but I knew I was grasping.
Anyway I need to sleep.

I'm going to keep looking for solutions too, hope I can get this solved soon.
I haven't had any other BSOD's since the one on 8/28 that started everything. Yeah I think I only have the problem right now with the high cpu usage from watching videos and the low fps in games, which started right after the BSOD.
