Please use a system restore point to revert back the changes made by these programs
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster 3	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Booster 3	Public
IObit software is known for causing a lot of problems including an unbootable system.

If no system restore point is available, the best next step is a clean installation of Windows.

oh wow thank you, I'll give it a try.
Would simply uninstalling the programs revert the changes done?

No, I mean yes you could uninstall the programs but you would need to go through Driver Booster 3 and look what drivers it updated and roll back those drivers.

That is why axe0 recommended to do a system restore or a clean installation of W7.

Uninstalling the programs doesn't revert back any changes they have made to the system, you would need to use at least a system restore point or another backup from prior the installation of the programs.
